The Toasted Frog is one of two bars in town, this is where younger members of society come to meet and hang out. Members of differnt packs converge here, and there are sometimes fights. This is supposed to be a neutral area. The bouncers check ID's but are usually let just about anyone in, unless they have caused problems before.
